Contest Rules

 

Here’s the boring but necessary legal stuff we’re required to list. By entering the contest, you will automatically be deemed as having accepted the following rules and restrictions:

 

  • The contest will run from May 1, 2016, starting 8AM (MST) through June 30, 2016 11:59PM (MST).

  • Entry will be assigned a Contest Entry Number based on the completed steps and submission of the “Win a free website” form.  (For example if the Facebook Like, Share and Comment is the 221st like, share and comment and pasted in the entry form, your contestant number will be 221.

  • Winning entry will be selected and announced via social media, blog post, and by phone, mail and/or email by July 4, 2016.

  • Winning entry will be selected by a combination of the following requirements: Liking and sharing the contest by the aforementioned method.  Any entrant deemed as not having fulfilled the contest requirements will be ruled ineligible. The winning entry will be selected at random by iIntercept Media LLC based on an assigned number using Random.org. 

  • Odds of winning are dependent on the number of qualified entries.

  • All information provided is confidential and will not be sold. However, you are giving iIntercept Media LLC permission to contact you by phone, mail, and/or email.

  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age to enter.

  • Limit one entry per business organization. (At this time this contest is not open to personal sites or non-profit organizations.)

  • The winner will be chosen at random using Random.org to generate the winner.

  • The winner will be announced on social media platforms and notified via their provided email address. 

  • The winner will have 3 business days to respond to the email notification to claim their prize.  Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of said prize. In the event that a winner forfeits their prize a new applicant will be selected in their place.

  • The winner must agree to the terms of the iIntercept Media LLC liability release statement to be eligible for the prize.

  • The entrant must own or represent a business in order to be eligible.

  • Ineligible businesses include, but are not limited to, businesses selling or promoting pornography, adult products or services, tobacco and alcohol products, gambling, and illicit or illegal activities. iIntercept Media LLC reserves the right to rule any contestant ineligible at their discretion.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter the contest. All eligible persons may enter the contest free of charge.

  • Prize descriptions and their monetary values are listed Here. (Create a list of products and services for their website)

  • The redemption of select prizes may require the purchase of goods or services.

  • Winning contestants agree to work with iIntercept Media LLC, and the other contest sponsors to establish an appropriate and realistic timetable for services rendered for the redemption of prizes. Website projects will be completed within 5 months of project start unless otherwise stated..

  • The $5,000 website prize limit does not include specialize domain name, ecommerce, or extensively modified websites. Winning entrants who wish to have additional functionality to their websites may be quoted an additional amount.

  • Win a Free Website is a co-op advertising project between iIntercept Media LLC and other sponsors.

  • Payment of the appropriate taxes, if any, is the sole responsibility of the winners.

  • By submitting an entry to the contest, the entrant agrees to release iIntercept Media LLC and other contest sponsors from any liability associated with the contest or prizes.

  • iIntercept Media LLC is not responsible for and will not be held liable for the redemption of any third-party sponsors’ prizes.

  • Entrants agree to allow iIntercept Media LLC and the contest sponsors to contact them via email, postal mail or phone regarding the contest results.

  • Winners may be required to complete a statement of eligibility and to sign a Liability Release Statement in order to claim their prizes.

  • As a condition of winning a prize, winning entrants agree to allow their name and likeness to be used by iIntercept Media LLC and the other contest sponsors for advertising purposes without compensation.

  • iIntercept Media LLC is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or entries that are corrupted or have not been received due to technical failure.

  • iIntercept Media LLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest at its discretion in the event of technical failure or any other causes beyond its control.

  • Applicants may not win more than once.

  • This contest cannot be combined with any other special offer or discounts.

  • The website give away prize will consist of one website valued at $5000 or less. No replacements products or substitutions allowed.

  • Winner may add on additional features and/or services which are not included in this offering for an additional fee. Costs of additional features/services can be provided upon request.

  • The winner consents to providing a photo to an iIntercept Media LLC appointed representative for promotional purposes. This photo and the website created by iIntercept Media LLC can and will be used in but not limited to, print, social media, online media, and television.

  • Winner will be responsible for the provision of all original website copy, content, and images congruent with winner’s business entry.

  • Any royalty based images and/or hosting based fees may apply and all content must comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998. 

  • Failure to meet any of the requirements outlined in this document disqualifies the winner from the contest. The winner also forfeits their prize and a new contestant winner name is selected.

  • iIntercept Media LLC reserves the right to make alterations to or cancel this document or contest at anytime.

  • This contest shall be limited to the 50 U.S. States and governed by the laws of Arizona of the 50 United States which shall claim venue and jurisdiction for any legal action or claim arising from the contest or the administration of its prizes.

  • This contest is void where prohibited.
